I just also died to a vayne while under ulty twidce in a game... I think ulty must be bugged for some types of true damage are getting through and killing.

yup and ww's still broken this item needs to be removed from the game, in fact ALL of the jungler items need to be removed

this problem didn't exist back in S1 and S2 and junglers didn't cause this many problems

it's the items not the champions
