There's uh....two jungle and two mid...? This happened when i queued in a 5stack, although i'm still not sure this is supposed to happen but uhhhhhhhh.... interesting.

Yeah this happens regularly, Riot has not made it clear whether it's a bug or not.
The idea is that it doesn't matter though because you're a 5 man and should be able to figure out roles yourselves.
Whenever you have a 5-man premade, regardless of who the 5 are, they will allow you to enter queue with any role, even double. Because you're a premade, they expect you to be able to sort it out without fighting
