Game freezing

I have been playing league of legends for 8 years. I have never had a problem with it up until the season 10 update. I have a new PC so I know it's not my computer. While I am in game, the game will freeze, and then it will and freeze in the middle of either a battle or somewhere where my champion is sitting and not doing anything AFK. As you can guess, this poses a problem when I'm playing ranked games. Not only will the game freeze but on some occasion's, it will minimize the game window and open an error report window. I filled out multiple error reports and have not had any response nor feedback from riot games. Please help.
