Katarina, Bouncing Blade and Recall stop working sometimes

I have had multiple instances with Katarina where her Q stops working as well as her recall. It's never one or the other, always both. It's not a key binding problem as clicking on the ability or recall button still does not allow either to be used. I have found the bug usually happens after popping her kit quickly or in some instances after procing her passive. It is hard to catch it because Kat is very fast. I have found that dying fixes the bug every time but I don't want to have to die so I can use my poke or recall. This has only happened twice in the past two months but I wanted to bring it to your attention. Have a good day :D
