My fps and ping are okay but still lagging bad

Please fix this up quickly, most of my friends playing NA server going through the same problem where both of out ping and fps are top notch but still lagging bad and freeze in team fight. Please do something about this. I can't play the game properly and i'll end up leave game and make my team lose. Your help will be appreciated by alot :D Thank you
