[GAMEPLAY] Twitch E animation going through, but it doesn't do damage.
LITTLE STORY: So recently there was a post on /r/twitchMains (https://www.reddit.com/r/TwitchMains/comments/4i1kur/breaks_my_heart_everytime/) where somebody got a bug with Twitches E, where the animation went through but didn't deal damage to the target. If you mained Twitch you will experience this bug from to time to time, unfortunately my first time was in my first ranked game and got me killed. This bug hasn't ever been documented this good so i decided to test it and provide some consistency.

Also if an enemy flashes out of Twitches actual E range the damage won't go though. (didn't get a video we tried it once and failed, it was 4:20am and the guy wanted to sleep, but this is exactly what happened in my ranked game I will never forget that.)
HOW TO REPRODUCE THE BUG:
- Pick twitch and an enemy..
- Get the enemy on the edge of twitch E's actual range.
- Both walk in the same direction and you E when you (Twitch) think the enemy will walk out of your E range by the time your e has finished casting.
With correct timing you can probably reproduce it 100% of the time.
