Not a serious bug, but a bug with the shop

So i am a fairly new player to the old league and i am buying runes , and my iinfluence points in the status bar say i have 2581 . however when i go to buy runes it is saying i dont have enough money to buy even one seal for scaling armor resist. its a small problem but annoying to me. just wanted to let the good folks at riot know that i was experiencing this .. keep calm and darius on
