GAMEPLAY

When Zac is charging his E (his jump). if he decides to cancel it it does NOT refund half of the cool down about 75 percent of the time. But when you let it run off from waiting to long to jump it does reduce the cooldown. I noticed it after the 5.17 patch and im usually using a chroma skin.. idk if that has anything to do with it. (pink in particular) Have this fixed asap plz as i LOVE to play zac. TY RIOT! (:
