Item not properly described in item sets builder
The Dervish Blade is marked as "This item is not available on following maps: Howling abyss". It's not available on Summoners' Rift as well but not mentioned in item sets builder.

I'm seeing the same thing, and it's not just dervish blade. None of the items in the item set builder show as being unavailable on summoner's rift.
EDIT: just saw the Sanguine Blade, it says "this item is not available on the following maps:" and then doesn't list anything.
so...it's been 2 months and still no one cares?
Another example is the Entropy weapon. The game says "this item is not available on the following maps : twisted treeline", but it also isn't available on summoners rift.
