Annie Infinite stuns bug

In a game versus Quiyana i encountered a bug where the stun bar didn't lose the stacks after using an ability only lost it after death i went through the replay and there was nothing out of the ordinary just hit 6 Q lvl 1 on a quiyana (she had leveled Q) and the bar didn't dissapear
