Got disconnected and then i couldn't use anything once i got back in the game.

So, in a ranked game, I got disconnected (had the attempting to reconnect on screen), and when it finally reconnected, I couldn't use anything, no abilities, no spells, couldnt even use items. When i tried clicking an ability it said this ability cant be cast rn but nothing was on cooldown. Almost lost us the game, I had to restart the ingame client and it got fixed but still I ve never seen anything like that happen.
