Graves Patch Notes

Patch Notes say "Base attack damage decreased. R cooldown decreased at early ranks." Then the changes were a decrease in base attack damage, 69 -> 66, and an increase in R cooldown, 110/85/60 -> 120/90/60 . I think it should say "Base attack damage decreased. R cooldown increased at early ranks."
