I got perma banned for using third party assistance when i have never done anything of the sort

I haven't played league today i just hopped on to watch worlds this morning and i receive an email saying i was banned to i tried to get on to se if it was temporary. to only find out i was perma banned. for the use of third party programs when i have never used anything like that. i only used the base launcher. id really like to speak to someone from riot about this issue. i have no idea how they came to the conclusion that i was have been using third party programs/

This seems to be happening a lot lately, all you can send in a ticket requesting investigation. Keep it civil.

League seems to have less false positives than a lot of games (banhammering people for running certain programs or even antivirus), but there should be no false positives at all.
