Bug with relic shield or Braum in One For All

i got assists without dealing any sort of damage or helping anyone. I played as Braum in One for All . I started with relic shield and then then i started getting assists from all around the map. as my teammates were killing people top i was receiving assist for each of the kills even though i was mid. this proceeded through out the whole game. as a result i was farther ahead of everybody due to all the assist i think it might be the relic shield
