[CLIENT] [GAMEPLAY] Masteries not changing.

This is starting to happen a little too often. I would change my mastery page before the game would start but in game, I would have the previous set masteries. For example, I would pick Elise. My Elise page has almost always had Thunderlords decree, but when the game started, my keystone would be Grasp of the Undying. I know for a fact i changed it to the Elise page.
