Broken Nidalee?

There's a thing going on with nidalee that's happened to me a few times now, whenever there's an enemy nidalee, she seems to be lagging around, and it's pretty game breaking as it makes it really hard to land skillshots on her. Basically what happens is as she's moving around, it takes a couple of seconds for her to get from point A to point B, and I don't mean she's slow or anything like that, but she basically teleports from point A to point B after a few seconds.

Is this happening to anyone else? It's been happening quite a lot to me.
