Vel Koz animation bug

Last game with Vel koz my animations didn't work, the basic attacks were just lazers and sometimes the character stopped moving at all, becoming a triangle like the model (laughing my ass off though). One minute everything is fine, the next im representing the illuminati.

I was playing against a Master Arcanist Ziggs and I couldn't see any of his bombs. All I saw were little, tiny glimpses of light.
