Multiple Champions not receiving mastery tokens.

After quite a few games and achieving S ranks or higher on some champs. I've noticed the game won't give out a token. An example of this is many Brand games I've played and won with S ranks but no token was received. I believe this happened with Renekton and Malphite as well. Not sure if other champions aren't receiving their tokens after game.
