Visual Bug on "Omega Squad Teemo"

Hey there,

For the last 2-3 Patches something is wrong with the fog-like effect on teemos lenses. Whenever you start a game, you have the standart light green fog effect on the lenses (left part of the picture), but whenever you cloak and uncloak this effect doubles until you have a bright green cylinder on your head which just does not look good. (Right part of the picture)

Easy to recreate: Just join a game as omega squad teemo and begin to cloak/uncloak 10 times. Since Patch 6.20 I think. STILL NOT FIXED.

Please repair it.
