Client doesnt load up

When i try to login to EUW my client doesnt load up, i get this:

I can login to EUNE just fine. I can also login to other accounts on EUW, just not mine...

Same sht client and the status webpage doesnt even display the actual state of the servers it always has a green checkmark even when no one can login
