[Gameplay] Elise Rappel does not cast when cast out of range of target

Kingly··2 votes·340 views

Summary of the bug: The same as the anivia bug, Elise just walks aimlessly to the target you choose out of range of rappel and then does nothing. Reproduction steps: Wait till minions spawn, press E [quick casting, unsure if regular casting is broken too] on an out of range minion, wait. Reproduction rate: 100% Server: NA
