My client freezes at the honor screen

So whenever i end a game and click continue to the honor screen, it takes a lot of time to load, its been doing it for 2 months now, i didnt report it cause riot fixed it once, then in the recent patrches it came back.

But not only does it freezes my game, but everything else, my browser, discord, everything. please fix this riot, its getting quite annoying to end a game and not being able to do anything at all.
