Ahri Ult+Flash combo bug

I Don't have a video or screen shot if it happening as my LoL Replay isn't working properly. I was laning against an Azir (mid lane) and he was 1hp as I was running back to lane (he killed me and hadn't backed) so I thought I'd Ult+Flash+Ult again to gain massive ground and surprise him as I like to do on ahri sometimes. I would of been plenty in range to finish him easily but when I used the first charge of my ult and flashed immediately after the remaining 2 charges of my ultimate dashed me in place. I literally spun in a circle in place. Now both me and Azir said something about it so I wasn't just seeing things. It has only happened to me once so I don't know if it is a constant issue but I think its worth looking into. Thanks =)
