[GAMEPLAY] Sion is unable to use Q or R mid-game until the end of the game.

Playing as Sion. Everything is working fine.

Mid game hits.

Q and R are bugged. The abilities are not grayed out. There is no cooldown for the abilities showing up. You can click and click his Q and R and nothing will happen.

Obviously, I can type Q and R in chat, as I've did, and therefore know my keys are registering. I activated a healthpot with my 1 button, then I switched my Q and R hotkeys to 1 and 4 respectively. They still did not respond.

Very dumb way to lose a game.
