The situation is - when malzahar uses his ult and the opponent simultaneously uses flash, You can see the animation of his ult but the opponent is one flash distance away, doesn't recieve any damage and can run away or stays in place and still doesn't recieve damage. This has happened to me multiple times and I've come to the conclusion it is a bug. Please fix it!

EDIT: I will attach a screenshot when it happens again so it is more clear what happens.

the tether doesn't do damage anymore, just the circle below it. this was changed with malzhar update during the mage update good sir. So yes it is working as intended if you happen 2 flash the second he ults , unless the circle isnt even appearing then that is a bug id assume
