Another black screen problem...

After about 25 minutes in game, my game will choose if it wants to just start flashing black. I can alt tab to my desktop and go back to the game and it will start flashing the game and back to the black screen, after awhile it will just return to the game. I've turned off the window xbox stuff and don't know what to do now, also happens every game i play
