Kindred Ult going on CD and not going off, but going on CD for everyone else

Came upon this bug in my ranked game. I would use Kindred Ulti and it would go on CD for everyone else, but myself. It wouldn't go off, but it would still go on CD. It worked twice the entire game and not sure why.
