Bugsplats on Mac

In the previous games i've had bugsplats, I have now been banned for abandoning my team. I play on the mac and I am really being pissed at how riot has been handling this situation. I've read the thread Riot3ous made and this is what I have.

1. OS X Version 10.9.4
2. MacBook Pro Mid2010
3. NVIDIA GeForce 320M 256 MB
4. I only play normal 5v5. I usually have bugs plats every 2 games but the last game I had, had 3 bugsplats during the load screen. Team got pissed on how I tried to explain, still to no avail they reported me still.
5. I really don't go on PBE

Hopefully one of you guys at riot read this. Please Help :(
