When did i even dodge?

Yes, at the moment I'm on a 22 minute timer for "dodging". I was in queue for about 5 minutes and when i try to just restart the queue, i have to wait 5 minutes. So, im like whatever ill wait and then it does it again. This time its for 22 minutes. I never saw an accept/reject pop-up or champion select.
