champion select problem

So i was in champion select for a ranked match when i got kicked because champion select crashed and after that i received a point penalty and a 5 min wait time and like this wasn't enough already the game crashed after that and was placed in a login queue of 20000+ ppl.... pls look into it it's the second time this happens in 2 hours....
