In-Game Crashing. HELP. CPU passes stress test but I continue crashing in game!

I have a new computer that I built with the help of a friend. I've ran all troubleshooting options for in game freezing but haven't found a fix. LoL seems to be the only game that crashes. Reinstalled drivers and Windows 10. Is anyone else having this problem? Need any advice I can get. Thinking it may be a faulty motherboard - ordered a new one.

It forces my whole computer to crash. receiving BSOD and takes 5 minutes to restart.
