Soraka, sivir shield bug
There's a bug with soraka's q and sivirs e, where when sivir spell-shields sorakas q soraka still gets healed even though it doesn't "hit a champion", please confirm if this is a bug or a game mechanic.

Q same. The shield just cancels the spell impact on the caster (of the shield). You can walk with shield through 
Mushroom, won't stop near allies taking damage from it.
This is intended. Soraka's Q doesn't need to deal damage for it to heal her. Even if you spell shield it, you are still technically hit by the ability, because if you weren't hit by it, the spell shield would not have disappeared.
