Only one Smite at a time [GAMEPLAY]

Hi, I have seen it on Stream twitch.tv/nightblue3 and now it occurred to me. I couldn't have more than one Smite at a time. It would stop 'refilling' when you have one Smite ready. As far as I know this only occurred on EUW. Got no footage to proof. It happens randomly, couldn't reproduce.

Having some bugs with grags and the gromb gives back mana when u smit it and the belly flop abilty goes right threw it but still applys damge .. Same bug problem mybe
