Vayne's last hit glitch on death

(Gameplay)- upon death Vayne's last auto attack doesn't register and doesn't pop the silver bolts passive on the 3rd hit.

I've tried this in a total of 4 games, and each time i get a last auto attack and i see the auto attack hit the enemy i die and the passive does not pop where as the enemy should be dead as well. You can clearly see that you shoot the bolt and you hear the noise when you hit the enemy champion but it does 0 damage.

This happens if you happen to get one last auto attack in right before you die basically as you shoot your bolt and die, since you are able to shoot the bolt it should still do damage and it doesn't.
