Failing to Login

I have 2 accounts. One level 45 and one level 8. I made second account like 4 days ago, cause my main account was hacked or either is a bug. When I try to log in, it says that my username or password are wrong. I went on your site tried to change my password, but I didn't got any e-mails like said. I've tried to CapsLock my password, change region etc. I see on my friends account that my account is still active, Match History same as it was, but I can't log in. By the way, my main account name is GangGlitz. Help me, please. I need some solutions.
