Banning or locking stucks

Since the new client there is a huge problem with league of Legends i already lost more then 350 points with it! sometimes you need to bann or pick a champion the client stucks and you lose points by that. so this is not a fear game and i stop with this till this is fixed! everyone has this problem my internet is more then good with 250 mbit but friends of mine have the same problem since the new client.

Very bad that this is not fixed or changed because it is there for a long time, releasing new skins and champions to farm some money but 0 priority to the main problem of the game makes me stop this game.
