[GAMEPLAY] LUX BUG

I played Lux vs Ahri on 3v3. After 10 minutes my E spell (Lucent Singularity) bugged. I could't use it and it said "You cannot use it now" or something like this. I could use only Q, W and R spell. Reconnect and client restart didn't help!!! -.-
