Rank Queue Ban Champion

So when it is time for the team to bann champions when I BAN CHAMPIONS i click on the champion but the ban button never is clickable but when the countdown is gone it says i banned the champ but a notification pops up saying that my champion coulnt be picked sorry like wtf is this just me?
