ATTN: RIOT New Patch Problems have had similar one since release of Bard also

Yes I have tried all of the solutions for the Patch Problem Article... So when it attempts to update it freezes up between file # 1-13 , durring repairs it causes the whole computer to crash around file # 313 .... also when the patch that came out that was on bard first came out bought shen while in team builder exited out of team builder to refresh and start a new one now every single time the mouse even goes over shens picture in champion select from that point on it causes the game to freeze and crash, have posted about the shen problem before with no response. Would appreciate a response... have also tried reinstalling the game several times. the OS is windows 7 and it is up to date. if anymore information is needed let me know. also tried attach logs that where saved from pushing the question mark in the upper right hand corner and this is what it is saying....
