Sometimes it won't let me move

So sometimes when I play league I start a game and halfway through it won't let me move. My ping will be around 200 and I can see everybody else move, but it won't let me. The only way to fix this is to close my league, open it again, and reconnect. Unfortunately, this means I get placed in low priority queues. Please give me some advice or fix this issue.
