Teemo can't fly anymore

. I have the skin super teem. teemo's w makes him faster and let him fly. But when u enchant your boots with homeguard he can't fly anymore. When u go to a lane with or something with your w activated he walks and don't fly.

ps. Do people get a reward for reporting a bug? Because I really want a skin of Syndra.
