Champ select Bug

I cant even count how many lp i lost in champ select while i wanted to ban a champion but bug didn't let me do that. So, this is the problem. I have low-spec PC but all stuff was running smootly untill new 10-ban system came out. Now whenever i want to ban a champion it bugs so hard so I just automaticaly dodge and lose LP. I am complaining because sometimes i manage to ban a champion and the rest of champ select goes perfectly so I figured out the problem is only banning phase. Sory if my english is bad but I just wanted to share my problem with all of you and see if someone have same buggy ban phase problem. Hope Riot will see this and do something.
