Ok,when i get into lol my client is old,i cannot acces to keys and stuff,i cant chat or see who is online. Its been 2 days,and it's still bugged. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it?

Have you tried a client repair? You can start it from the launcher (before you log in), I believe.
