Has anyone else been having trouble getting R to activate since the last patch? (Patch 5.12)

• Description: Hitting R as Yasuo doesn't activate when enemies are in air and when in range. Other players using different champs have reported similar problems with R not activating properly since last patch 5.12. I was not rooted, nor stunned, nor silenced, nor on ability cooldown, etc. at the time.

• Steps to reproduce:

As Yasuo, Knock up opponent player in air and hitting R when prompted doesn't activate. (Not rooted, stunned, silenced, cooldown, etc.)

As Ryze: Hitting R doesn't activate. (Not rooted, stunned, silenced, cooldown, etc.)

As Vel'koz hitting R doesn't activate. (Not rooted, stunned, silenced, cooldown, etc.)

At first I thought it was my keyboard but I changed to different keyboards and both are mechanical and the issue persisted. Also other players have reported similar issues today (first day of 5.12 patch release)

• Expected result: R should activate ultimate ability.

• Observed result: R did not activate in timely manner.

• Reproduction rate: Happens about 50% of the time.

• System specs: A computer with a video card, basically a phone/tablet/netbook could run LoL at this point.
