Change Region Wrong!

My friend, Stimpyz, has recently tried to change his region from NA servers to Japan server, for better ping. Once he did it. Then when it popped up, it said that there was no password for the account. So he logged out and tried again, with his old password, but it didin't work. Now he can't even log back into his NA profile! Please help!!!
