cant log in and then i am banned for a time

i wish to log in into a game n i pres the button and it dont works and then i am banned for a while. i think its unfair, cause its not my foult but its some bug or something. and after punishment i dont have a time to play. very annoying

It's not a glitch, It was because you where toxic in game, meaning you were rude to your teammates. Improve your behavior on the rift next time.
