[Gameplay] Syndra ultimate screen lag

I have been experiencing some strange visual lag when I use Syndra's ultimate on occasion. It isn't 100% of the time, but it does happen sometimes. I'm not positive about this, but it feels like its more often when it scores a kill. I'll see if I can get video of it soon, and help you guys get it resolved!
