Cleptomancy and Skill Point

Dear Riot, In game I've been having a blast with the new runes, Clepto especially! But when you reach level 18 after using a skill pot the option to put a skill point and the buffs you have are raised. Can we change this so that when you you reach lvl 18 it doesn't still display it.
