[GAMEPLAY] Pyke can use R while timer shows it being on CD

While playing on EU West I've within the past week had 2-3 incidents where I noticed that I've been able to cast Pykes R while the timer says it has around 15s left on its CD. I'm not really sure what exactly happens and it's all in the heat of the moment. So it's kinda limited to what details I can give. I recall R being on CD when we start team fighting and it coming close to 0s during the fight. During is period I am somehow still capable of casting the R spell.
