Custom skins...

Hey, I used this custom skins app and now that i want to play with my own skins i cant, the custom skins stay on i've deleted the custom skin app and every custom skin file, i've also deleted my config file and redone all my settings. Could anyone help? Btw this "bling" sound comes up every time i start a game and i see skins on my team and my self that i dont want to see...
